Missing 1 plate completely. 3 plates were missing their 2nd side! A big miss considering the togo tray has three compartments; 1 compartment empty. Didn’t write names on plates as requested. You need to allow group orders access to the complete menu! The half gallon teas not available on group order, only available on main catering order. Had to re-enter order office completed on group order, and type every individual name on the order (which you FAILED to do). Just to get them their hibiscus teas. Give the customer what they want!!! Management (TenderGreens/FoodJa) is not the customer!
