It’s great food, but how does someone see an order delivery time of 11:45 and think “better have it ready to be picked up by 10:55” ??? So the food I ordered, which has fish, was prepared by 10:55, but isn’t meant to be consumed for another 50 minutes…. Who on your team lacks the common sense to think: maybe we should have this ready by 11:15 or 11:30 for pickup

The chicken on the salad was not appetizing for the person who ate it, and the order arrived WAY TOO EARLY. I had requested a delivery window of 11:45-12:00 and it arrived at 11:10. There were hot dishes in the order that had to sit for an hour before being eaten.
