This restaurant did not include the baked lays Turkey Sandwich (Regular). NONE of the sandwiches were labeled so we do not know which sandwich was chicken, turkey OR Veggie. I specifically asked for labels, and they failed to do this as result a vegetarian's bit into what she thought was cheese but turned out to be chicken.

Delivery Driver: call Justin's cell: 801-833-7445 or Samantha's cell: 805-405-4416 when you arrive at the Dickinson entrance. They will pick up from you as this hospital is not allowing the general public into premises. Luke or Danielle will meet you and pick up the food outside.
