Wild sauce was extremely spicy. Should have spice level listed for these kinds of things. Everything else was great.
Lettuce mixture on top of rolled tacos caused them to get soggy in the catering tray

Food is always fresh and delicious
My customers loved all of the flavors and choices and quality of the food. Many felt treated to something they don’t typically get. The one area lacking a little was that the quantity of chicken layer (compared to the rice layer below them) for the two main dishes seemed thin (not as much actual chicken as I was expecting for the price and number of people the menu recommended it would serve. Every other item had ample portions. All in all, still quite top notch overall.
For catering should have option to have the chicken breast seperate and not on the rice
