The food was received as ordered and everything appeared correct. However, the entrée containers were NOT labeled, which made it inconvenient to identify each item. I had to open the containers and mark them myself. Because of this, I’m giving a lower rating.

Teriyaki chicken was a bit tough to bite, and I wish the rice bowl came with veggies. Also wish that the teriyaki sauce was packaged separately for each rice bowls. Aside from that, everything else looks good. Greatly appreciate the business taking our order and having it ready right on time.

The restaurant manager Neil is.very understanding person. I have to reduce the number of trays I ordered especially for the chicken wings and he completely understands it. He even commented FOODJA rep never spoke to him about it.
