Unfortunately, though this has never happened before, we ordered the Best Seller package, and though that is what the boxes said on the outside, they did not have any vegetarian sandwiches in them. When I reached out to Foodja, they tried to help, but the manager at Ike's insisted there were vegetarian sandwiches and Foodja had to fix it themselves. It is an hour later and we still don't have the vegetarian ones. 30 ppl at our office can attest to the fact that we did not receive them. Mistakes happen, but the response was not the best. I guarantee we're not trying to get free veggie sand

the order wasn't ready when the driver was so it was 30 minutes late and they couldn't fulfill our order. they did send some substitutions and gave us some discount cards, so i do appreciate that. I just wish we could have gotten our order as submitted.
