The portion sizes are shrinking—For 35 people and nearly $650.00, you should be providing full trays of rice, beans and taquitos—like you used to. Additionally, one tiny side of guacamole is not enough for 35. Please understand, we want to continue to use your restaurant, but not if you are going to continue to reduce portion sizes while charging more. Thank you.

Restaurant told the Foodja driver that they don’t provide serving utensils with their catering items. This seems like a major restaurant issue. If they sell catering items, why wouldn’t they provide the catering utensils? I realize this is an ongoing issue with this restaurant. But I’m hoping that moving forward they will change this policy.

Once again Jalapeños restaurant didn’t provide the catering utensils. I had it requested in multiple parts of the order. It’s disappointing as I spend a lot of money each month at this restaurant, and when I’m serving 35 people, and don’t have catering utensils it’s never a good look… Please work with the restaurant to insure that this doesn’t happen moving forward. Thank you…
