Our delivery driver had to return to the restaurant as part of our order was missing. Not sure who is at fault for that... the restaurant or the driver?

Requested that olive oil & vinegar, tomato & onions be given on the side; they were all included on the sandwiches leaving sandwiches soggy & inedible for some.

Only some sandwiches had ingredient stickers, others only had numbers (#2 and #6). Sandwiches that label did not include bacon (turkey provolone) included BACON. This caused a problem for those who cannot eat bacon. Will not order again from this restaurant for this reason.

Our order was not marked correctly on each item for us to know what each box was. The sandwiches were saturated with the oil. I Never experienced a sandwich not having any flavor at all.

My experience is terrible. I placed an order for 45 lunches to be delivered to us at 1145 this morning and only 20 were delivered that were not what we ordered. I called in about this issue and I was told that the driver would just have to pick up our order that was ready. Then after waiting 35 more minutes, I called again and was told that they were having to remake some of our order. Our order was not received until 2:00pm
