Overall, everything went smoothly, and the food was delightful. However we did encounter one small hiccup...we did not receive enough salsa with our order.

A couple of orders were wrong. Pork in chile verde orders, had red sauce no green.

There were no serving utensils and it’s very hard to serve salsa, guacamole, beans, rice, enchiladas with nothing to serve it with we had to scrounge from The Neighbor. Very frustrating and embarrassing in front of my customer.

Items were not labeled with the names that were provided. When not labeled it makes distributing to the team more difficult. Also requested several of the side hot sauces and did no receive any.

Only negative is that the restaurant was busy so driver was stuck waiting for 20 plus minutes. We did have two employees that did not get their lunch due to the delay. But the order was accurate and labeled so everything but the timing was good.
