Nalu's, you have very good food and our employees enjoy the delicious lunches you consistently provide. The only thing was properly identifying the plates for our employees with specific dietary needs. Otherwise, lunch was great!

Nalu's has quickly become one of our employee favorites to order lunch from. Your food is delicious and is requested quite often. There was one sauce missing from a steak katsu meal, so hopefully this was a one-time thing. Other than that, everything was perfect!

Nalu's, our employees love your food, so thank you for providing great meals! The only thing we would have appreciated more is providing the utensils we requested and labeling the meals. It allows for employees to make their selection a lot easier without so many hands opening the packages.

Nalu's, we love your food! But this time we had to make special notes on the meals we had requested labeled appropriately due to a few individuals who had severe allergies. The average person does not need the additional labeling but when you have a guest with severe allergies, we see the importance of making sure they are safe. Hopefully next time this is not overlooked. Appreciated

Normally our employees are very happy when we order from Nalu's. This time though, we were disappointed. We always order induvial meals for everyone as we have done since Covid. What we received was the food we ordered in catering trays which provided smaller than normal individual portions. My belief is that if a restaurant offers something on their website and that's what the customer pays for, that is what they should provide. Unfortunately this order was not satisfactory at all. Please don't let your quality of service go down Nalu's.

Our employees really enjoy Nalu's menu options. This time however our request in the identifying each meal was partially followed. We make requests for labeling meals as some of our employees have strict dietary constraints and much of the writing was barely legible which made selections more difficult for everyone. Normally, everything is great, so hopefully this was a one-time thing. Still the food quality is wonderful! Thank you!
