Meat was a bit dry in the cheese steak sandwiches

The restaurant was 1 hour and 25 mins late for this lunch for an executive leadership meeting. I even instructed the delivery to be earlier to prevent this from happening. Never ordering from this restaurant again!

the restaurant did attempt to substitute for out of stock items, but several of the customizations were off.
