I was very upset as the special instructions were to cut the pizza slices in half as the normal slices are quite big and then our staff have to cut them in half and touch the pizzas which is quite unhygienic. Also the order was supposed to be delivered between 11:45-12 and wasn't delivered until 12:10 and I know it was the restaurant not the driver because the driver was there waiting at the restaurant for the order to be ready.

I ordered food for 30 people and I assumed the large tray of salad was for at least 20-25 people/portions. When it was served, a lot of people questioned whether it was a "large" tray and we wondered if maybe the wrong size had been provided.
