I’ve ordered Urbane Cafe many times and it’s always great quality. The only thing missing this time was the label sheet - which seems small but is so helpful when the staff is wondering what’s on which sandwich. Otherwise, everything was great!

I love Urbane Cafe, but I believe they were having an off day. I requested chicken on the side for the salad, but some small bits ended up in there anyway. The sandwich insert was missing, and the box had food stains, as did the cups.

No dressing for the 3 salads and I ordered 2 small sandwich boxes and 1 large. They combined some 2 of the sandwich boxes, but I needed them separated because they were going to 3 different meetings. They did resend the dressings and more sandwiches but they arrived well after lunch was finished. We've never had an issue with Urbane before so this was really surprising!
